Information Centre Volunteer UHW

Our Macmillan Information and Support Centre provides information, support and signposting for patients, carers, visitors and staff on a wide range of health issues including:

• Cancer
• Long-term health conditions
• Financial support and benefits
• End of life and bereavement
• Support for carers and their families
• Public health
• Local and national services supporting health and wellbeing

We are looking for volunteers who are over 18 years of age to help us provide information and signposting to visitors, patients, staff and carers who access the Macmillan Information and Support Centre. Volunteers will need to be reliable, approachable, have excellent communication skills and be willing to undertake training.
