Welcome Team Volunteer (Childrens Hospital for Wales entrance)
Our team of Welcome Volunteers provide a friendly welcome to all patients, carers, visitors and staff coming into our hospitals. They signpost, direct and can accompany patients and visitors to the many locations on site.
Our Volunteers assist visitors and service users to overcome feelings of bewilderment, apprehension, isolation and/or irritation in a strange and busy environment.
The role will be carried between Tuesday and Friday, and the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.
