Art & Craft Volunteer (UHW)

We are looking for volunteers to share their talents and interests in art and craft with patients. These sessions take place in the day rooms of various hospital wards across our hospital sites, with patients invited to participate. This role may also involve 1:1 engagement at the bedside as well.

You do not have to be an artist to apply for this role - we are looking for confident, enthusiastic and patient volunteers with an interest or hobby in art or craft.

The focus of sessions is the activity, engagement and participation itself rather than the finished product. The purpose of the project is to relieve boredom, get creative, try something new and have meaningful activity.
