Patient Experience Survey Volunteer (University Hospital Wales)
The overall aim is to support the ongoing work across the organisation of ensuring that service users at the Health Board are being treated and cared for in a supportive environment that promotes their recovery and provides dignity and respect. This is done through a variety of Patients Feedback Surveys.
This is an excellent opportunity to experience life in a hospital environment and contribute to improving the Health Board experience. The role will be carried out between Monday and Friday, and the hours of 14:00-18:00.
